Our Services
Music Therapy
Music Therapy is an evidence based profession where music is used as a tool to support people in all aspects of life, to improve and maintain health and wellbeing.
Individual Sessions
During an individual session you will work one on one with a registered music therapist. Together you will create and work towards personalised goals.
You don’t have to have experience playing instruments to benefit from music therapy. The music therapist will support you throughout your music therapy journey. Some techniques we might use during a session include song writing, receptive music listening, singing, playing instruments, and improvising.
Group Sessions
Small groups of participants (maximum 4 people) work with a registered music therapist towards shared goals.
Workshops
A registered music therapist will run workshops at your school, workplace, or aged care facility. Each workshop will be tailored to your specific needs. Please get in touch to discuss further.
Music Lessons
We also offer general musicianship and singing lessons. Our passion is supporting people of all ages and abilities to express themselves and embrace their love of singing, while building great technique.
